In the construction industry, it's a legal requirement to develop a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for high-risk activities on a project, this document’s objective is to outline the safety procedures and measures in place to minimize accidents.

It is also required, to assign a responsible person to oversee the implementation of control measures during activity execution.
Section 5: SWMS Revision and Team Sign-Off:
